New Construction Projects
 |
This is a guest cottage we built for a
customer in their back yard. The trees and natural foliage
were retained, to give the project a rustic look, and preserved
the native vegetation & trees. It was designed for
out-of-towners, so they have their own private quarters.
Constructed of cedar siding and shingles. |
| Vacation rental cottage on Long Lake in Port
Orchard, with a combination of lap siding,
cedar shake siding, and cedar trim. New windows complete
the remodel. The customers wanted a place to get away from
the hustle and bustle of Seattle. They also use it as a Vacation
Rental. Complete with living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. |

A hot tub gazebo was constructed to offer
privacy and a nice architectural touch to the yard. Cedar
was used to tie in with their newly built cedar deck. A concrete
slab was poured to support the cedar gazebo. |
| This pergola and garden fence makes a great
addition to any yard or garden. |

A new staircase was added to this home, made
entirely of cedar and pressure treated lumber. The customer
wanted access to the upstairs from the ground level. CertainTeed French
doors were installed where there was once a window, and the deck
and stairs made the project complete. The frame was constructed
with pressure treated wood, while the decking and railing were
made from cedar. |
